<aside> 💡 Major wins included being able to place perfection and ‘producitivity for busyness’ sake on a shelf and found that getting to her email twice daily instead of all day, was allowing her to be more efficient overall. In expanding her self awareness, she found that ease in which she gets distracted all day long and then ‘avalanche’ of distraction that follows suit. She’s been able to create more space in her day in order to pare down the possibility of distraction.

Found out that her environment is crucial to her success and that if she can bring in ‘airplane vibes’ into her space, she’s winning. For her, these look like low brown noise, poor internet connection so she can do brain work, extreme body doubling [irl or online]. She shared that her ‘noticing my noticings’ has been giving me a scaffold to rely upon as a resilience toolkit. *[Wendy, Course]*

<aside> 💡 Kirsty shared that in the tens of groups, communities, and courses she’s tried, this has been the one where something really clicked.
