My approach is to operate with humility, in integrity, with vulnerability, and accessibility in a non exhaustive list.
My aim is to dust off your lenses to expose that the distance to alignment/harmony/authentic connection/growth/accountability/self acceptance/contribution aren’t as far as you may have thought.
You’ll emerge from our partnership, at minimum, equipped with a robust toolkit, ensuring that when you find yourself coming up against the hurdles of life, your resilience will be your greatest asset.
- Intake Session for alignment on goals, gaps, and objectives
- 3 emailed check ins with manager + direct reports [if available] on the progress of client
- Monthly synchronous workshop style, live sessions
- Up to twice monthly 121 confidential synchronous coaching calls for 30 or 45mins. with client[s]
- Optional biweekly, virtual coworking sessions [via a virtual app]
- Final debrief to wrap up coaching relationship, evaluate progress and discuss next steps
The aim is to increase leadership acumen, particularly for neurodivergent [emergent] leaders.
The purpose is for the group to engage in personal leadership presence through the lens of common ND pain points, such as with trust we’re deactivating some anxiety & malaise, with awareness we’ll be working on feelings of isolation, accountability will be for rejection sensitivity and several more.
Leadership goes beyond simply the professional world, I believe it’s a lifestyle!
Partnerships can be either 6 or 8 month commitments.
